Elven Ghost

In an ancient tomb outside the city of Walsh, the Elven Ghost rose to defend its treasured sword and shield from The Party. Possessed of fearsome martial skill and a burning hatred for humans, the Ghost has proved to be a formidable opponent, going so far (using Tak’s body) as to behead Rezan Garrus in a single stroke during an ambush in the UnderCity of New Garen.

The Elven Ghost’s name is not known; any records that existed concerning him were likely destroyed in the fall of V’aarad and his one known associate, Tak the Orc, is dead. The tomb in which his remains are interred does provide some clues as to his origin—his coffin was displayed in largest and most decorated room of the sepulcher, indicating that he was most likely the head of his family, and the wealth discovered inside shows that this family was probably wealthy and powerful. If the Elven Ghost did live at near the time of the fall of V’aarad, it is possible that his hatred for humans has its root in the traumatic events that accompanied the shift of dominance in Urda from Elf to Human.

The Party has fought with the Elven Ghost twice—once in his tomb and once during the ambush orchestrated by Xivilivix.
